FC Mental Health
Sometimes, mental health issues aren't taken as seriously as they should be. Nothing could be more serious then looking after your mental wellbeing. Stress, changes to lifestyle, substance abuse and many other factors can cause serious issues. Don't face these problems alone. USQ Student Services have trained counsellors and psychologist that can help you.

Here's some tips to help your mind stay healthy.

- Be organised, know your week and plan your study time around your other commitments. Never leave assessment to the last minute and also read through your instructions well before the due date.

- Don't overburden yourself with everyone else's problems. Your not Superman or Wonderwoman, and even though it may feel like it sometimes, no one expects you to save the world

- Give your brain some stimuli and give yourself a break, get a hobby or find an activity that you enjoy and set aside some time every week just for you

- Reduce stress by doing meditation, attend a yoga class or try aromatherapy.
