Keeping fit doesn't have to be a chore, find an activity that your enjoy and suits your lifestyle. For Fraser Coast campus students the Student Guild subsidies a limited number of memberships at the Hervey Bay PCYC. The PCYC provides with a range of fitness equipment and group exercise classes to suit your needs and fitness level.
If your prefer team sports to the a gym work out, check out the social sporting competitions at the PCYC including indoor soccer, netball and basketball. Each semester the Guild runs a number of
activities providing you with opportunities to be active.
It's easy to work physical activity into your busy life. When your taking your study break, don't switch on the TV and watch Dr Phil! Grab your ipod and go have a walk. Take the stairs instead of the lift, ride your bike or walk to the shops and get off the bus one stop before your own.
